AAACF and our affilitates, YACF and CFP, award community grants through a competetive process.  Before applying for a grant, please review the guidelines for our eight competitive grant programs.  Click here for grant program details. 

REGISTER YOUR NONPROFIT  Register your organization to receive your login credentials that grant you access to the NonProfit Portal. Through this portal you can apply for grants and receive information specific to nonprofits. 

APPLY FOR A GRANT  The next grant cycle opens on Wednesday, February 8th with grant applications being accepted for the Community Grantmaking Program (formerly General Grantmaking Program), Youth Council, and the Anna Botsford Bach Fund for Seniors,

Note: Beginning March 10, 2016, the James A. and Faith Knight Foundation will accept grant applications through AAACF’s NonProfit Portal. Grant decisions for the James A. and Faith Knight Foundation are made independently from AAACF.  All questions relating to that foundation's funding should be directed to the Knight Foundation at info@KnightFoundationMi.org

If your Nonprofit already is registered for the NonProfit Portal, to add or change users from your organization please email us at grants@aaacf.org. Please provide the name, title and contact information of new users.
