Starting November 1st, we will be switching to a new software system to manage many aspects of the Foundation. This will result in significant operating efficiencies and improvements in the look and feel for everyone using the new system: donors, grantees, volunteers and staff. To ensure a successful transition, there will be a brief one to two-week period during which we will need to pause processing all transactions. We anticipate that this will last from November 1st through the 13th. After this period, we will be able to begin processing transactions again and will have our new donation portal ready for use.

Our office will continue to be open during normal business hours, from 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday, for the duration of this processing pause. We also want to ensure you that any donations, grants, and other requests made during the pause will still be received and securely held by our organization until we resume processing.

Additional Information:

  • Giving During Processing Pause: While our online donation portal will be disabled, you are still able and welcome to donate to our funds through other methods (checks, wire transfer, cash, stock, and so on).
  • How to Access the New Donation Portal: This website will remain the same throughout this transition and will direct you to the new portals once they launch. If you have saved the links to the current portals as bookmarks or elsewhere, please be sure to switch those to the new ones after the launch.
  • Fund Statements and Activity: Your 3rd quarter fund statements will be sent out as normal using our original system. The new portal will be used for the 4th quarter statements and will have historical statements added after the launch. If you want to ensure you maintain access to your historical fund statements and are using our original portal for accessing them, please download these historical statements before the transition to the new portal.
  • How to Access the New Portals: This website will remain the same throughout this transition and will direct you to the new portals once they launch. If you have saved the links to the current portals as bookmarks or elsewhere, please be sure to switch those to the new ones after the launch. When the new fundholder portal launches, we will send you an email with your new username and a link to login.
  • How to Make Grant Recommendations: While the new donor portal is being finalized, you can still provide our team with grant recommendations from your fund via email. Contact Karen or Patrick for further instructions on this. After the new portal is launched, you will be provided access and you can submit grant recommendations as normal there.
  • How to Access the New Portals: This website will remain the same throughout this transition and will direct you to the new portals once they launch. If you have saved the links to the current portals as bookmarks or elsewhere, please be sure to switch those to the new ones after the launch.
  • Registering for the New Nonprofit Portal: The new portal will come with many improvements and efficiencies for applicants, but will require all nonprofits to register again. We recommend you do this only before you are preparing to start a new application to ensure the right people have access at that time. If you have previously been awarded a grant from us, you will not need to go through the process of providing us information again for payment.
  • Grant Awards and Processing: During the processing pause, starting November 1st and anticipated to end November 13, we will not be processing any grant distributions. However, we will continue committee decision making and working with awarded nonprofits to setup their ACH payment information so we will be able to process payments as quickly as possible once the new system is ready.
