Director of Systems and Data, Systems & Data
As Director of Systems & Data, Zac brings a strategic, data-informed approach to strengthening the work of AAACF. He joined the foundation in 2018 after earning his BA in applied statistics from University of Michigan–Dearborn, where he also worked as a research associate, and gaining professional experience as an accounting intern with the City of Dearborn Recreation and Parks Department.
In his role, Zac oversees organizational systems and data strategy, with a focus on improving operational efficiency, supporting informed decision-making, and measuring impact across the foundation’s work. He collaborates closely across teams to translate complex information into practical insights that advance AAACF’s mission and better serve communities throughout Washtenaw County. He is particularly passionate about building transparent, equitable data systems that support shared learning and community impact.
