Director of Human Relations/Operations & Executive Assistant to CEO, Operations
Passionate about serving families and children in Washtenaw County, Dorcas is the Director of Human Relations/Operations & Executive Assistant to CEO at AAACF. With more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit organizations in both Michigan and England, Dorcas manages efficient and effective processes at AAACF, allowing AAACF to operate at its full potential. Prior to joining AAACF, Dorcas supervised a Washtenaw County family preservation program focused on child welfare, connecting under-served families to much needed community resources, while also completing her Masters in Social Work at Eastern Michigan University.
