In cases of consortium schools, a student is eligible for membership if:

Applications for the 2018-2019 Youth Council are now available and due by September 14.

All applicants must fill out the 2018 Youth Council Application and have one reference complete a Recommendation Form. Students from a consortium school must have a School of Choice Diploma Verification Form completed by their school's Principal.
