Since 2008, the Community Foundation of Plymouth's (CFP) competitive grant program has awarded nearly $40,000 in grants to support nonprofit programs and projects that benefit the greater Plymouth area.

CFP's Advisory Committee prioritizes grants that address community needs in the greater Plymouth area.

Application Process:

  1. Email Program Officer Jillian Rosento touch base about your potential grant proposal. This conversation can help ensure that your proposal will be appropriate in focus and scope.
  2. Log on to www.communitygrants.org. (new users need to request a login and password, and then create a new Agency Profile after receiving a login).
  3. Complete the "Ann Arbor Area Community Foundation" application on www.communitygrants.org.
  4. AAACF staff will conduct initial reviews before applications are directed to the CFP Advisory Committee for final review.  The committee will occasionally request more information or a brief interview.
  5. Final decisions are announced within 6-8 weeks of the application deadline.
  6. Final Grant Reports are due through www.communitygrants.org within one year of project completion.
