Kenneth Kramer was the long-time President of SME in Plymouth, Michigan. His son Mark Kramer shares:  "My father taught me a number of lessons. I now get to fill his shoes and do his job, which provides me a whole new perspective on him and his life.  My respect and admiration for him has grown even more  after he passed away.  For all the years and time I spent with him, my father never complained about anything.  He was always focused on solving problems and helping people."
