The Board of Trustees is responsible for governance of the Ann Arbor Area Community Foundation, including setting policy
and making final decisions on all investments and grants. This committed group of volunteers broadly represents the
community and are selected for their integrity, competency and personal involvement in civic affairs. Trustees may serve
for six years (2 three-year terms).
