2017 Annual Community Meeting Recap

Many thanks to the 400+ attendees at our Annual Community Meeting on May 8, 2017 at Washtenaw Community College! It was a great evening, full of community connections, learning, and big announcements.

Attendees participated in the Choose Your Impact “Crowdgranting” activity during the event, considering three types of grant support. Participants were asked to vote on the following priorities for awarding grants:

  • Encouraging Innovation
  • Rewarding Success
  • Strengthening the Nonprofit Sector
Based on the input, $10,000 in actual grant dollars will be distributed according to these priorities.
