Warm The Children

Warm the Children is a program whose mission is to provide new warm winter clothing for children in need.  In Washtenaw County, Warm the Children is led by a partnership between Old National Bank and the Ann Arbor Area Community Foundation

Warm the Children ensures that children in our community start Michigan’s winter season with warm clothing:  coats, hats, boots, mittens and other essentials. Each year, school counselors and social workers across our region identify kids who could use the warm clothing that the Fund provides. Over the past 21 years, the program has served more than 31,000 local children in Washtenaw County.

This year's goal is to raise $250,000 to serve 3,000 kids for the 2016-2017winter season. Children have the opportunity to choose warm clothing that they want to wear all winter long - by visiting a local store with their families and a volunteer personal shopper to buy $90 worth of new winter items.

All dollars raised go to provide warm clothing for local children in need.  100% of your donation goes directly to clothing purchases.*Please note that there is a fee for using Paypal donations.
