Greater Plymouth Service Project
The 2018 Greater Plymouth Service Project will be hosting a grand food packaging event at the PARC in Downtown Plymouth on Saturday, May 12th.
Community volunteers will be packaging over 250,000 meals for local, national and international children. Many hands make the work light with assembly lines of over 1,500 volunteers. The packaged meals will be distributed to the needy. Food will go to help kids locally, internationally, and for disaster relief. One food packet will provide six meals for $1.68.
The Greater Plymouth Service Project has partnered with Kids Coalition Against Hunger, a national organization working to significantly reduce the number of hungry children in the USA and to feed starving children throughout the world.
Make a gift online to support the 2018 Greater Plymouth Service Project. Donations will be accepted through the month of May, with contributions beyond the 2018 costs going to support the Community Foundation of Plymouth's Siegrist Memorial Youth Fund and future hunger-relief projects.
Checks can also be made out to the "Community Foundation of Plymouth," with "GPSP 2018" in the memo line, and mailed to:
